Our Partners
Our partners in Cayambe, Ecuador are committed to sustainable, environmentally friendly ways of farming. Their northern Ecuador location makes it ideal for rose production and they are one of the largest suppliers of roses in Ecuador. They employ alternative energy sources such as solar, hydropower and wind, in addition to hydroponic growing methods.

Our Story
In the 1930’s Peter and Stella Halepas started selling greens from pickers who combed the Connecticut woods looking for wild ferns, pine, spruce, balsam and berried branches. In addition they sold floral supplies, grew their own gypsophila, and bought forsythia, pussy willow, and other branches from New York State growers. Laurel was sourced from pickers in Massachusetts as it was illegal to pick laurel in Connecticut.

Our quality control process
Our quality control staff consists of veteran florists who have had floral and wedding businesses of their own. With the utmost professional scrutiny, they diligently inspect every stem before it leaves our warehouse.
Our standards
Every product that leaves our warehouse is personally picked by the rep selling it. Rather than order off a computer screen, our sales staff sees and touches the product every day. If it isn’t up to our standards, we won’t sell it to a customer.
Same day order/same day delivery
We know the demand for product changes daily. While other competitors may only accommodate 24-36 hour lead times, we deliver the same day, if we receive your order by 10 a.m.
We give wedding designers first class service
Our wedding flowers are un-surpassed in quality and value and we constantly search for product on trend with today’s discerning brides. We have a dedicated sales staff, who work one on one with wedding designers, making sure product arrives on time and in stellar condition. They order, select and personally pack the flowers for each wedding order.
Our freshness guarantee
Our cold chain supply surpasses most competitors in the industry. Our farms ship into Miami within 24 hours of the product being harvested. We have a delivery hub in the Miami Airport where product is inspected, cleared and loaded directly into our 34 degree, pre-cooled vessels, ready to be trucked the next day. Product is at our Connecticut warehouse and ready to be sold, within five days of leaving the farm.
