On Friday, June 21st, we had our official ribbon cutting sponsored by The Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Mayor Tony Giannattasio, along with state representatives Kathy Kennedy and Charlie Ferraro gave us a warm welcome to Milford and helped us celebrate our new home. State representative Kennedy presented our owner, Andrew Hamer and his wife Holly, with an official plaque from the General Assembly of Connecticut.

We had a great turnout of customers and Milford chamber members who attended the ceremony and got a first hand look at our operations. Andrew gave our guests a tour of the facility and our resident farmer and partner of our farm operation, Kate Russell, led the group to the greenhouse and colorful fields of Shelland Flower Farm.

We are thrilled to be in our new home in Milford!

Here are some photos of the event:

Many thanks to: Simon McDonald and The Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Tony Giannattasio and his staff, and Representatives Kathy Kennedy and Charlie Ferraro.
